The Acrel PZ72(L)-DE is a panel-mounted multi-function DC power meter designed for high-voltage DC fast EV charging piles, telecommunications DC power distribution, and solar photovoltaic string monitoring. It directly measures DC bus voltages up to 1000V DC and accommodates indirect current measurement up to 2500A via either standard 75mV DC current shunts or Hall effect current sensors (0-5V / 0-20mA). Featuring a standard 72×72mm front panel format, the instrument calculates DC voltage, current, real-time power, and bidirectional forward/reverse energy accumulation. It comes outfitted with two digital status inputs (DI) and two relay alarm outputs (DO) that can be programmed for overvoltage, undervoltage, and reverse-power emergency cutoff. With RS485 Modbus-RTU communications and optional infrared setup, the PZ72(L)-DE is an indispensable component of DC charging cabinet instrumentation.
