Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Rexment.
Pre-Order Model
By placing a pre-order you agree to pay a 70% advance, after which Rexment procures the product from an international supplier. The remaining 30% balance is due when the item arrives at our QA center. Lead times are estimates and may vary due to supplier stock and customs.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include import costs unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or refund orders where a price or specification error has occurred.
Payment Confirmation
At launch, payments are confirmed manually. Your pre-order is not active until we verify your transaction reference. Providing a false or invalid payment reference may result in order cancellation.
Account & Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform lawfully. We may suspend access for fraudulent activity, abuse of the RFQ or support systems, or violations of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Rexment is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, customs or carriers beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dhaka courts.
