Manufacturer warranties and Rexment's QA guarantee.
12 Months Manufacturer Warranty
All products sold by Rexment carry a 12 months manufacturer warranty directly from the original authorized equipment manufacturers. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects under standard operating conditions and follows each manufacturer's warranty terms.
Rexment QA Guarantee
Every item is inspected at our QA center in Dhaka before delivery. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or unauthorized modification.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
- Products damaged by natural disasters, power surges or improper storage.
- Consumable parts with a naturally limited lifespan.
Claiming Warranty
Open a support ticket under the "Warranty" category with your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photos. Our team will guide you through the claim process, which may involve returning the item to our QA center for assessment or RMA to the manufacturer.
