The Acrel ADL100-ET is an intelligent single-phase digital energy meter created for commercial EV charging installations, microgrid monitoring, and multi-tenant billing environments. Featuring support for multi-tariff Time-of-Use (TOU) rate structures, it allows charging operators to schedule differential tariff rates across peak, flat, and valley electricity hours. Housed in a sturdy 2-module (36mm) DIN-rail package, the ADL100-ET handles direct currents up to 60A (with optional 100A configuration) eliminating the wiring complexity and cost of external current transformers. It measures full electrical parameters including active power, reactive power, power factor, and voltage/current waveforms. Through its RS485 communication link running Modbus-RTU, the meter delivers automated periodic consumption freezing, demand tracking, and direct integration into smart charging management platforms.
